a) Feeding Test: 100% inspection for Electrical and electronic components and random inspection for plastic parts and hardware
b) Process Inspection: spot checking by IPQC for the production process; fixed-point spot checking for the key positions
c) Finished products inspection: FQC should arrange for random inspection according to the set proportion. The first piece should be fully tested (in accordance with order requirements. sealed sample and finished products standards), Arrange Mass production for those which can meet the standards. For the abnormal ones, the relevant department should find ways to improve them and open unqualified products notice.
d) Unqualified products disposal: FQC shall promptly notice the production line if they find unqualified products and arrange for further inspection and isolation disposal according to different undesirable levels (A, B, C, D), For Significant unusual situations, the relevant department should analyze to improve and arrange for re-production.
e) Label the qualified products and sign to confirm storage lists. Inform the sales department to arrange the customer inspection and provide inspection information needed.
